You will be initially focused on customer discovery and then validation.
Upon successful customer validation, your emphasis will switch to developing a sustainable customer creation (acquisition, activation, retention) process as well as ultimatley, a sustainable revenuemodel.
Responsibilities
Validate the core customer proposition through a manual prototype
Develop the go-to market strategy in Australia through partnerships
Work closely with the Chief Operations Officer and Head of Design to identify & develop growth-driving strategies, including new features, improvements & optimisations
